What We Believe

Love. Grow. Serve.

Core Beliefs

The following are the core beliefs of Revival Center based on the foundational truths taught in the bible. All of our teaching and ministry is rooted in and flows out of these biblical doctrines.

God

We believe there is only one God, Deuteronomy 6:4. He is the creator of heaven and earth, and of all living beings. He has revealed Himself to humanity as the Father (Creator), as the Son (Savior), and as the Holy Ghost (indwelling Spirit), John 1:1-14.
He is the creator of all that exists, both visible and invisible, and is therefore worthy of all glory and praise.  God is perfect in love, power, holiness, goodness, knowledge, wisdom,  justice, and mercy. He is unchangeable and therefore is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

Revelation

We believe in the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. He ministers to His people through tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophecy; words of knowledge and wisdom, discerning of spirits, faith, working of miracles, healing and helps.
Mark 16:15-18; Acts 5:16; 2 Corinthians 12:1-11.

Baptism

We believe in water baptism by immersion in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sin. Through baptism we identify with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Romans 6:3-6; Colossians 2:11-14; Acts 2:38; Acts 19:3-5.
We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the initial sign of speaking in other tongues, as the Spirit gives the ability.
 Acts 2:4

Commission

We believe in the Great Commission seek to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with love, mercy, and compassion.
Ephesians 4:14-16.

Salvation

Jesus Christ came to reconcile us to God. He lived a life without sin and willingly died on the cross to pay the penalty for our transgressions. He was raised from the dead and now by grace offers eternal life as a free gift to all who follow Christ. That is why salvation can be found in Christ alone.

The Church

The Church is meant to be the visible body of Christ, sent into the world to glorify God and proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Ressurection

Jesus Christ is returning one day to judge both the living and the dead and to usher in the fullness of God's kingdom on earth.
