Greg & Wendy Dansby
Pastor
Greg Dansby has been in the ministry since 1995. He received his preaching licenses with the United Pentecostal Church International. Over the years he has ministered in a variety of roles in many different states. He accepted the Pastoral position in 2004.
Greg was born and raised in Modesto, California. He met his wife, Wendy, at a Youth Convention in Bakersfield, California. They married in 1992 and have two children; Courtney and Austin.
Greg serves the Red Oak community in both pastoral and marketplace roles. He loves people and desires to serve God’s people in whatever capacity he is able.
Wendy serves as Worship Leader and Ladies Director. Her desire is to please God in all that she does. She received her Bachelors of Art from California State University and her Master’s in Education from Dallas Baptist University. She is currently a Principal.

Brandon Ramirez
Youth Director
Brandon accepted the Youth Director position in 2023. He is enthusiastic about growing our students spiritually and cultivating a discipleship mindset for the IGNITE youth group.
Donnie & Natalie Posas
Hyphen & Hospitality Director
Donnie accepted the Hyphen Director position, along with his wife Natalie, in 2021. He has many years experience serving others in ministry. He is passionate about getting young adults connected to the church and God.
Natalie accepted the Director position in Hospitality in 2021. She ensures all guest feel welcomed and comfortable during their visit. She also makes sure everyone has donuts and coffee every Sunday!
They have a beautiful family of three boys, Justice, Kaleb and Jacob, and one girl, Ava.

Matt & Erica Parrish
Security & Children's Director
Matt and Erica have been married since 2005 and have two boys, Legend and Kingston. They are dedicated to their ministry and try to help where ever they can.
Matt accepted the Security Director position in 2021. He is resilient in providing the safest environment for worship and fellowship in the church. Erica accepted the Children’s Ministry position in 2021. She leads our Sunday school Department and Bible Quizzing. She strives to teach our child the Word of God and help our children grow spiritually.
